Provides Tier 2 technical support for RICS retail software, POS, integrations, APIs, hardware, and networking. Investigates escalated issues, analyzes logs, reproduces defects, documents resolutions, and communicates with clients and stakeholders. Provides department-wide technical direction for k0rdent across Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, AI applications, and observability. Designs cross-cutting systems, establishes engineering standards, resolves architectural risks, mentors Staff and Principal engineers, and aligns product strategy with durable technical execution. The role also engages customers, partners, upstream communities, and industry forums while contributing code and prototypes to solve complex infrastructure problems.

Manage a portfolio of high-level digital advertising accounts from onboarding through renewal. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate campaign execution across internal teams, monitor performance, deliver reporting, drive retention and expansion, manage forecasts, oversee campaign changes, perform quality assurance, and maintain accurate CRM and project data.
