Develops and executes satellite integration, verification, and validation activities across Flatsat, HWIL, SWIL, and simulator environments. Responsibilities include requirements traceability, test planning, automated TCL scripting for TERMA CCS5, formal test conduction, troubleshooting, data analysis, and test reporting. Supports satellite architecture, CONOPS, interface documentation, and requirements development while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities.

Designs and executes software validation and automated testing for integrated enterprise systems, including PLM and ERP platforms. Develops test cases and scripts, performs functional and regression testing, tracks defects, analyzes results, and maintains requirements-to-test traceability. Produces Objective Quality Evidence for DoD certification and accreditation, collaborates with technical and business teams, and improves testing processes. The role is remote and may require up to 5% travel.

Manage assigned business customer accounts throughout onboarding, installation, post-sale support, account reviews, retention, and service upgrades. Coordinate internal teams, order management, customer activations, billing inquiries, project updates, and service-level accountability. Build long-term relationships, identify upsell and referral opportunities, support complex customer situations, and improve satisfaction and revenue retention. The role requires strong organization, communication, CRM proficiency, and telecommunications or cable industry experience.
