Senior member of the Data & Analytics team who translates operational reporting requirements into Epic- and Qlik-based analytics solutions. Develops RW SQL reports, Radar dashboards, and self-service artifacts; validates data, mentors junior analysts, enforces best practices, supports intake/prioritization, and coordinates training and legacy-to-new-tool migrations.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, data processing, REST APIs, and Electron-based thick client desktop applications. Ensure secure, scalable client-server architectures, process structured data at scale, support containerized development and automated build pipelines, collaborate with designers, and mentor junior engineers while following Agile best practices.

Lead and execute multi-channel donor acquisition, retention, upgrade, and reactivation initiatives. Design donor journeys, manage segmentation and campaign execution across email, direct mail, SMS and paid channels, track KPIs, forecast and report on ROI, and collaborate with product, data, and agency partners to grow donor lifetime value and engagement.

Lead client workshops and discovery to map current/future-state processes, translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, and produce clear process documentation. Partner with technical leads to hand off specs, use AI tools to accelerate deliverables, and travel onsite several times per quarter to support workshops and key milestones.

Own and improve ShopMy's LLM-powered agents by deeply understanding customer needs, writing and iterating prompts and delegation, monitoring run histories, prioritizing improvements, and partnering with product and engineering to build reliable agent orchestration and evaluation.
