The role requires Turkish and English fluency, business analysis or solution consultancy experience, and familiarity with conversational AI, speech technologies, data tools, SQL, APIs, or LLMs.

Leads and mentors software and QA engineers while contributing hands-on code, architecture, debugging, and code reviews. Owns QA strategy, automation, quality metrics, SDLC processes, delivery visibility, platform stability, compliance, and cross-functional release readiness. Requires balancing people leadership with technical contributions across a telehealth platform, including secure and scalable web applications and APIs.

Supports a complex payroll provider implementation across planning, data migration, configuration validation, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Coordinates Payroll, HR, Finance, Engineering/Product, vendors, and implementation partners; validates payroll data and configurations; reconciles discrepancies; manages issues and risks; prepares testing, process, cutover, and knowledge-transfer materials; and provides hypercare support during initial payroll cycles.

Provides technical direction and hands-on engineering for connected products and cloud platforms. Defines system architecture, data models, integration patterns, technical roadmaps, and device-to-cloud designs. Leads modernization, reliability, security, observability, CI/CD, infrastructure, incident response, and disaster recovery efforts. Partners across engineering, product, science, quality, IT, DevOps, and external vendors while mentoring engineers and guiding architecture decisions involving cost, scalability, security, and customer impact.

Owns Velocity’s global payment network and scheme partnerships from initial engagement through commercial agreements and live integrations. Develops partnership strategy, negotiates revenue share and integration terms, converts relationships into sales distribution, and represents the company in industry forums. Works across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sales to deliver network integrations and prioritize partnership opportunities in regulated payments, stablecoin settlement, and treasury infrastructure.

Manage financial transactions and ledgers, reconcile bank accounts, process accounts payable/receivable, generate financial reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with tax and financial policies, coordinate with external accountants, and maintain organized financial records.
