Lead and manage DFIR engagements and a 3-5 person forensic team, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, conduct forensic analysis across Windows/Linux and cloud environments, mentor staff, refine IR processes, produce clear incident reports, and provide on-call incident support.

Own commercial and delivery success for a $1–2M account portfolio. Expand decision-making units, drive upsell and new business, lead proposals, apply AI ethically to accelerate insights, and coach teams to deliver strategic client value.

Manage P&L and pricing strategy for 2-4 states, execute rate changes and regulatory filings, partner with actuarial, underwriting, sales and IT, build reports/dashboards (Power BI), identify profitability actions, present state performance to leadership, and support automation and product launches.

Lead execution of compliance-ready integrated marketing campaigns, manage HubSpot and website content, produce creative assets, leverage AI and analytics to drive advisor engagement, and build an in-house digital marketing engine.
