Develops new business and expands AVEVA’s presence within strategic accounts across industrial sectors. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, executing account plans, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, building C-level relationships, forecasting pipeline activity in Salesforce, and aligning customer business challenges with AVEVA software solutions.

Manage multiple customer-facing chemical dosing and water treatment system projects from kickoff through implementation, commissioning support, and closeout. Develop schedules, budgets, risk logs, documentation, and change controls while coordinating customers, engineers, contractors, vendors, procurement, manufacturing, and field service teams. The Senior Staff Accountant leads complex journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and audit support. The role analyzes variances, maintains fixed asset and other accounting schedules, ensures US GAAP and internal control compliance, resolves discrepancies, and implements process improvements. It operates independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports special projects while reviewing work for accuracy and completeness.

Creates structural corrugated box samples and production specifications to support Sales Representatives. Discusses design needs, selects and draws appropriate designs, produces prototypes using CAD or hand-cutting, maintains specifications and records, and meets project schedules. Requires CAD or drafting education or equivalent experience, preferably 3–5 years in corrugated packaging, and familiarity with Artios CAD, Kongsberg tables, Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Manages human resources functions across facility sites, advising leaders on employee decisions, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, investigations, corrective action, compliance, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention. Maintains HR data and records across HRIS, ATS, timekeeping, and document systems. Builds diverse talent pipelines, supports employee relations, administers affirmative action programs, and implements company HR initiatives while supporting multiple shifts and occasional travel.

Consult with clients in their homes to understand design needs and budgets, measure windows, present custom window treatment solutions, prepare estimates and design specifications, and close sales. The role requires in-home sales experience, interior or home improvement knowledge, strong communication and closing skills, frequent driving, sample transportation, and use of technology-based sales tools.

Manages the Sales organization’s operating system, including forecasting support, order and deduction management, trade spend tracking, CRM/ERP data integrity, sales reporting, KPI dashboards, and meeting cadences.
