Structure deals using Tekion, coach and hire sales staff, respond to online leads, build remote deals, oversee operations, collaborate with F&I and marketing, track performance metrics, and protect customer experience and CSI.

Manage and grow revenue within assigned regional base accounts for anatomic pathology services. Build executive-level relationships, execute retention and penetration strategies, track opportunities in D365, meet quotas, support onboarding and sales training, and represent the company at events. Heavy travel required to engage physician groups and drive incremental business.

Participate in a 24-month rotational AI program across portfolio companies to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, models, and dashboards, translate analytics for stakeholders, and develop scalable AI solutions leading to post-program AI or analytics roles.

Manage end-to-end Microsoft and related ISV product transactions: onboard clients in Pax8, obtain pricing, create and maintain sales orders and recurring transactions in Sage Intacct, drive renewals, support billing and collections, and maintain tracking and cross-functional communication between Accounting, Sales, and Service teams.

Analyze marketing and revenue data across portfolio companies to generate actionable insights. Monitor dashboards, track partnership pipelines, support GTM research and ICP development, report growth scorecards, optimize campaigns, and help roll out Pine's preferred tech stack.
