Write test cases, build regression suites, manage test data, perform E2E testing across channels, and interface with clients. Some domain knowledge of trading lifecycle and experience with automation tools (QTP/Selenium) is expected. Work in a global delivery environment.

Consult with clients in their homes to present, measure, and specify custom window treatments, close sales, and prepare design specifications. Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business, attend networking to grow a book of business, use digital presentation tools, and coordinate with schedulers, project managers, and installers.

Provide operational leadership for university philanthropy and the Foundation, overseeing gift processing, fund/accounting stewardship, Raiser's Edge administration, reporting, audits, budgets, scholarship allocation, compliance, and staff supervision to support fundraising and foundation operations.

Lead Hyperion Planning and HFM functional activities: design reviews, master data management, testing, planning/forecasting schedules, developer facilitation, and ensure alignment with client EPM processes.
