Leads Cboe’s global UX organization across design, research, and design systems. Sets enterprise UX strategy, AI-enabled design standards, accessibility practices, and design system governance. Manages hiring, performance, career development, resource allocation, roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and agency relationships. Partners with business, product, engineering, marketing, and communications leaders, represents UX at executive forums, defines UX metrics, and contributes to strategic projects as an individual contributor.

Requires active CCIE or JNCIE-equivalent certification, architect-level Cisco and Juniper expertise, leadership of live migration windows, overnight availability, U.S. residency, work authorization, and successful background screening.
