Own the end-to-end customer experience for a product category across phone, SMS/chat, and email. Manage Fraud Analysts and BPO partners, oversee performance and capacity, investigate fraud typologies, identify process bottlenecks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Fraud Strategy to improve detection, automation, and prevention.

Designs and implements AI and NPC gameplay features for multiplayer, shooter, and live-service games. Responsibilities include prototyping and iterating in Unreal Engine 5, documenting and owning features, collaborating with engineering, art, and production, implementing assets, managing JIRA work, participating in playtests, and resolving design issues. Requires experience shipping PC or console games, Unreal Engine expertise, strong communication, and the ability to present and refine design concepts.
