Own full sales cycle for robotics automation deals: run discovery, model solutions and ROI in Excel, produce proposals, lead customer meetings and partner relationships, and close deals while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.

Own and maintain Coupa and Rossum platforms, provide L1/L2 finance systems support, triage tickets, manage incidents and SLAs, automate repetitive work with AI tooling, create runbooks and KB articles, coordinate changes across finance systems, support enhancements and mentor colleagues to keep platforms stable, scalable, and well-configured for global finance stakeholders.

Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Communicate findings, work with Compliance Lawyers to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance workflow and Global Practice Standards inquiries.
