The Account Executive will drive growth by generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations, and managing the sales cycle in the K-12 education sector.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, board and committee meeting coordination (agendas, minutes, materials), records and contract management in institutional/compliance systems, drafting correspondence and presentations, answering calls, coordinating events and registrations, assisting with HRSA site visits and policy maintenance, and performing analytics and filing with minimal supervision.

Lead revenue accounting team and own month-end close for revenue. Interpret complex contracts for ASC 606 compliance, manage journal entries and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally on contracts, forecasting, commissions and controls, support audits, and drive process and system improvements (NetSuite ARM, Salesforce) in a fast-growing, pre-IPO environment.

Provide in-house legal counsel focused on drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Conduct contract audits and contract management, support global privacy/compliance initiatives, corporate governance, litigation support, vendor/supplier and lease negotiations, insurance and HR-related agreements, and liaise with outside counsel. Advise business teams to mitigate risk and support global initiatives and executive leadership on legal and operational matters.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing leads, engaging in outbound sales, and demonstrating value to prospects while optimizing their operations.

Lead trade sales distribution strategy across North America; build relationships with agents, consortia, and key partners; recruit and manage two Business Development Managers; negotiate agreements and commissions; coordinate marketing and sister-brand collaboration; use data and BI to drive decisions; attend industry events; mentor team; collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and revenue management. Extensive travel (up to 50%).

Customer-facing technical expert supporting account managers through renewals, upsells, trials/POCs, security assessments, and RFPs. Drive product activation, architect solutions, identify customer pain points, and improve trial/POC experiences to grow existing accounts.

Collects, analyzes, reconciles, and enters information from multiple sources; maintains case files and status; prepares reports, documents, and summaries; performs word processing and provides timely status updates to support FBI investigations.

Support regional revenue and pricing strategy for the Great Lakes territory by analyzing sales and pricing data, creating and reviewing price change requests, conducting ROI and revenue optimization analyses, and communicating recommendations to field sales and commercial stakeholders.
