Serve as a strategic commercial partner to sales leadership by driving sales planning, resource deployment, territory optimization, and performance management. Prepare and review property accounting tasks including financial reports, cash and accrual journal entries, bank reconciliations, tenant billings, A/P review, rent roll postings, owner distributions, escalation settlements, and ensure schedules tie to the general ledger using real estate accounting software. Coordinate with property management, auditors, and tax preparers, maintain documentation, and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

Manage plant distribution, production scheduling, inventory and procurement to support Darien converting facility. Optimize warehouse operations, track supply chain metrics, coordinate shipments, conduct supplier audits, and support physical inventories while improving systems and sourcing.

Individual contributor responsible for territory sales growth focused on freight forwarding. Identify new business, manage key accounts, prepare RFQs/bids, price solutions, maintain CRM, meet revenue and volume targets, provide performance metrics, and travel frequently to support sales activities and implementations.

Support design, implementation, and compliance of global equity/share plans. Contribute to client deliverables, payroll tax withholding calculations, reporting, dashboards, tax matrix maintenance, cross-functional coordination with HR/Finance/Payroll/Tax, employee education, and periodic client-facing travel.

Work globally to support existing business development teams and grow a personal book of business in legal, life sciences, or localization verticals. Manage key accounts, drive CSAT, prospect new clients, prepare proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with a global sales and marketing team to close deals.

Lead acquisition sourcing and early-stage deal execution: build a proprietary target pipeline, run outbound business development, perform financial modeling and diligence, coordinate due diligence, recommend deals, and ensure clean handoffs to integration for Day 1 readiness.
