Analyze clients’ marketing measurement, data, technology, and analytics ecosystems; gather requirements; identify gaps and opportunities; recommend data-driven solutions; and create client deliverables. The role presents findings, manages client relationships, supports internal process improvement, contributes to marketing and thought leadership, and may manage team members, account strategies, and multiple workstreams at the senior level.

Oversee the security of the firm’s applications, networks, systems, hardware, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycles. Develop security requirements and architecture, manage controls and configurations, conduct certification and accreditation, maintain asset inventories, and ensure secure development and acquisition processes. Serve as a technical security contact across departments, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members while working independently with minimal supervision.

Owns client lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns to drive product adoption, usage, retention, and lifetime value. The role collaborates with Client Success and Product Marketing, manages feedback loops, and measures campaign performance using data and KPIs.

Lead overnight network migration cutovers for a remote team of 7–8 engineers. Administer privileged access, run change bridges, diagnose Cisco and Juniper faults, make go/no-go and rollback decisions, direct onsite physical remediation, author and execute MOPs, validate cable matrices, manage escalations, and provide detailed handoffs. Requires active CCIE or JNCIE-equivalent certification, architect-level Cisco and Juniper expertise, leadership of live migration windows, overnight availability, U.S. residency, work authorization, and successful background screening.

Lead complex healthcare data migration projects from planning through delivery. Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, project documentation, validation readiness, and Statements of Work. Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct client meetings, provide status reporting, drive decision-making, and improve delivery processes. The role is client-facing, may be remote or office-based in the United States, and includes occasional evening, weekend, and travel support for go-live activities.
