Owns Later’s creator talent strategy and partnerships, including identifying creators, sourcing and negotiating high-profile talent, managing agency and representative relationships, and ensuring brand-safe, compliant campaign execution. The role develops scalable workflows, advises internal teams and clients on talent recommendations, tracks cultural and platform trends, and builds a differentiated creator network that improves campaign performance, retention, and revenue.

Evaluates, structures, executes, and manages renewable energy financing transactions across distributed generation and utility-scale portfolios. Responsibilities include building complex project and portfolio financial models, analyzing debt and tax equity structures, coordinating transaction closings, preparing financing and investment materials, managing lender and investor relationships, tracking covenants, and supporting ongoing financing facilities.

Advises HR, management, employees, and Payroll on compensation practices, audits FLSA classifications, ensures regulatory compliance, develops training, and recommends compensation adjustments based on market trends and organizational needs.
