Provide end-to-end production support for ATG-based e-commerce applications, perform troubleshooting, analyze performance issues, and support application migration.

Lead Magento B2C performance and scalability initiatives: identify and resolve bottlenecks, implement Varnish/Redis/CDN strategies, integrate third-party systems, use observability tools (New Relic) for monitoring and RCA, collaborate with DevOps on cloud hosting (Azure/AWS), define SLAs/KPIs, support load testing, UAT, and production incident triage.

Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support SAP ABAP applications. Translate functional requirements into technical designs, produce code and unit tests, debug and resolve performance issues, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions, follow development and transport standards, and participate in on-call production support.
