The VP, Client Services oversees account management functions, leads client service teams, develops staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and aligns departments with customer service goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Provide high-volume client and driver support via phone, email, and internal apps. Log and manage requests in CRM, execute operational tasks (licenses, transport, remarketing), run reports, escalate issues, and meet Salesforce KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Perform fundamental financial analysis (BS/IS/CF), underwrite and recommend credit decisions, monitor portfolio risk, produce credit reports and periodic reviews, build automated credit processes and dashboards, and collaborate with sales and AR to manage client risk and collections.

Lead client management across multiple growth segments, owning retention, satisfaction, service delivery, escalation, and portfolio performance. Build scalable, automated playbooks, self-service tools, and data-driven reporting. Develop and coach a team of client management professionals, partner cross-functionally, and drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and continuous improvement to support rapid segment growth.

Support Toll Management by monitoring enrollments and errors, investigating and resolving enrollment and violation issues, handling customer and Salesforce requests, processing billing and disputes, collaborating with internal teams, documenting SOPs, and ensuring timely resolution of requests to meet client and departmental goals.

Process and route incoming compliance mail, manage registration renewals and plate cancellations, prepare and send driver notification letters, handle returned mail, match registrations to preprinted letters, maintain Salesforce case communications, and produce daily reports to meet KPI/SLA targets. Support mailroom operations and cross-team reassignment as needed.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of business personal property tax returns using PTMS; manage property tax payments, appeals, and audits; provide advanced sales/use tax support using Vertex and tax research tools; drive process improvements, liaise with taxing authorities, and support tax planning and special projects.

Supervise a team handling vehicle title and registration renewals, manage vendor/DMV relationships, drive process improvements and quality, monitor performance metrics, handle escalations, and coach staff to meet customer service and operational goals.

Lead cross-functional operational improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem solving. Identify high-value pain points, design workflow and automation solutions, drive implementation with analytics, and measure sustained business outcomes across quality, cost, cycle time, and customer experience.

Process and post vehicle sale transactions and payments, maintain financial records, resolve sale and title issues, manage sale jackets and exceptions, coordinate with accounting and vendors, and provide high-quality internal customer service within KPIs.
