Serve as the bridge between supply chain/manufacturing and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement Oracle ERP supply chain modules. Provide day-to-day production support, perform data analysis using SQL Plus, develop FSDs and test scripts, lead implementations and upgrades using Oracle AIM, apply Lean methodologies, and leverage generative AI tools for reporting and insights.

Manage and nurture assigned accounts and sales opportunities by responding to RFQs, coordinating with regional sales and product teams, resolving order/pricing issues, analyzing sales data, supporting forecasting, and delivering high-quality customer service to drive revenue growth.

Lead global direct material sourcing and a procurement organization to ensure supply continuity, optimize total cost of ownership, manage supplier relationships and contracts, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost, inventory, and performance improvements across multiple manufacturing regions.

Provide advanced end-user support and escalation for complex desktop, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues; manage accounts in Active Directory; mentor junior staff; drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and service improvements; support onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and security/compliance tasks.
