As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development of trader-facing tools, collaborating with traders and engineers to enhance workflows and decision-making tools in trading.

Design, implement, and deploy ML inference engines on custom FPGA/ASIC hardware. Perform HW/SW co-design with traders and researchers, optimize neural networks for low latency, and build quantization/compression tools to translate ML frameworks to RTL for rapid production deployment.

Operate and maintain the Performance Team's data platform: ensure reliability, correctness, and performance of ETLs and pipelines; implement quality checks, alerting, runbooks, and automation; troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD and resource bottlenecks; continuously tune workloads for efficiency.

Develop and maintain high-performance algorithms for pricing and risk management, collaborate with traders and quants, and ensure accurate model outputs.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop trading algorithms, collaborate with teams, and maintain the trading platform, leveraging your programming skills and problem-solving abilities.

Build analytical tools, dashboards, and data pipelines to measure and optimize risk across trading businesses. Partner with Risk Managers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy production systems for exposure analysis, scenarios, capital, liquidity, and other risk factors.
