The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, managing client relationships, ensuring contract renewals, and facilitating customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking and B2B sales experience.

The Director of Digital Solutions leads a team to manage the delivery of content and workflow automation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer needs and operational goals.

Perform end-to-end conversion of physical records to digital images: prepare, sort, and scan documents using high-capacity scanners; perform indexing and quality control; maintain tracking logs and reassemble documents to original order while meeting safety and production standards.

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative will generate new sales revenue through large enterprise accounts, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with team members to meet targets.

Operate and maintain high-volume document scanning equipment, prepare and sort physical records, index and key data into software, follow quality control and security procedures, and meet production and confidentiality standards in a temporary, shift-based role.

Prepare, scan, index, review, and certify mortgage documents while meeting daily production metrics, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae), and following safety and security procedures in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts, including commercial negotiations and strategic account management.

Lead pre-sales discovery and design scalable Asset Lifecycle Management solutions. Create technical architectures, support RFP/RFx and SOW development, manage stakeholders and vendors, mitigate implementation risks, and provide post-implementation support to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

On-site lead supporting daily operations of an imaging center and central imaging/file-transfer environments. Perform maintenance, escalation, on-call support, process improvement, customer onboarding, and ensure system availability. Collaborate with Implementation and DevOps for fixes and enhancements while managing hardware, software, networking, and SLAs.

Perform high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. Maintain record order, follow Imaging Center procedures, complete required documentation, and communicate with team and management.
