Manage restaurant sales by creating and executing parties, special events, and promotions. Maintain event calendar (Tripleseat), conduct outreach to local partners, run social media and email newsletters, update marketing materials, coordinate with corporate graphics, respond to reviews, oversee staff, and attend offsite networking. Availability for nights and occasional weekends required.

Manage and grow a Midwest sulfur-based chemical sales territory by developing accounts and distributors, meeting margin and new-business goals, identifying opportunities, monitoring performance metrics, conducting in-person visits, resolving customer issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue and profitability.

Conduct investigative litigation discovery, identify and address discovery issues, collaborate with inside and outside counsel, craft strategic discovery responses aligned with national strategies, monitor and improve discovery processes, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
