Own inbound and outbound sales for a real estate lead marketplace. Conduct discovery calls and demos, qualify customer needs, close new business, develop existing accounts, generate pipeline, maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, and achieve revenue targets. Develop frontend functionality with modern JavaScript frameworks, use Python for supporting work, and leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code. Write tests, debug issues, support deployment and maintenance, and collaborate on design decisions, code reviews, and application quality improvements.

Lead product design strategy and execution for complex HighLevel platform experiences. Partner with product, engineering, research, and data teams to define vision, design workflows, improve usability and accessibility, and establish scalable design standards. Use customer insights and metrics to guide decisions, lead quality reviews, mentor designers, facilitate critique, and influence product direction across a distributed remote organization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for a composite AI platform (agent-based systems, LLM integrations, RAG). Own technical vision and roadmap, make architecture decisions, establish engineering best practices, provide senior technical leadership, and deliver high-impact production software.

Own the full lifecycle of production classification and detection models, including transformer fine-tuning, entity detection, behavioral risk scoring, training, serving, versioning, evaluation, drift detection, and retraining. Build SageMaker-based ML systems and define output contracts supporting audit and policy enforcement. Own Synthetic’s visual identity across brand, marketing, and product. Define and maintain the brand, design and build websites and launch materials, and implement product features in TypeScript with SvelteKit alongside engineers. The role requires strong design taste, hands-on HTML/CSS/TypeScript skills, broad experience across brand, marketing, and product, and the ability to ship quickly in an early-stage environment.
