Provide embedded municipal civil engineering support to village staff and officials: manage capital projects, review development plans, handle permits and grant applications, coordinate utilities and transportation issues, prepare reports and budgets, perform limited construction inspection, and mentor junior engineers.

Support supply chain performance and warehouse design/build projects through data analysis, forecasting, replenishment planning, WMS and slotting optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. Develop decision-support tools, metrics, and supplier scorecards, audit supply chain data, and translate analytics into actionable recommendations while traveling extensively for project work.

Serve as primary client contact for outdoor living projects: meet prospects, assess sites, develop proposals and estimates, manage CRM pipeline, follow up to close sales, meet sales targets, build client relationships, and represent the company at events.

Provide administrative and technical support to managers and leadership: onboarding/offboarding, budget/report support, meeting logistics and note-taking, badge and inventory management, recruitment tracking, correspondence, travel/leave schedules, event coordination, briefing slide updates, and occasional government vehicle driving.

Manage territory sales for building materials distribution: build customer relationships, process orders using DMSi Agility, follow up quotes and claims, develop product knowledge, identify and close opportunities, and support fast-paced operations.

Architect and own core capabilities of an internal AI agent platform: design deployment patterns, shared services, observability, integrations, and developer tooling; partner with stakeholders to turn strategic goals into production-ready agent solutions; troubleshoot and unblock builders while improving platform reliability, scalability, security, and reuse.
