Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL and streaming data pipelines into cloud warehouses. Implement transformations and dimensional models (dbt), ensure data quality and observability, write SQL for analysis, support BI/dashboarding, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics-ready datasets.

Perform QA reviews of moderate-to-complex residential and commercial flood claims, ensure compliance with NFIP/SFIP guidelines, provide feedback to independent adjusters, and support catastrophe surge operations. Utilize estimating best practices and tools such as Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot backend integrations between Hudu and third-party PSAs, RMMs, and identity providers. Implement OAuth and other auth flows, design background job processing (Sidekiq) at scale, write and test backend code, monitor performance, and improve platform/billing infrastructure. Document code, collaborate with teams, and use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate integration work.
