Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, funds, asset managers, banks, and distribution partners; originate and manage opportunities through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Present GoMining’s Bitcoin mining business and investment thesis, structure institutional propositions, maintain the capital pipeline, deliver market intelligence, and convert relationships into significant capital commitments.

Own the full sales cycle for an early-stage AI recruiting platform: prospect, demo, negotiate, close deals, build pipeline, refine outbound strategy with the CEO, represent the company at events, and coordinate handoffs with Customer Success to ensure long-term account health.

Supports the Talent Acquisition function through interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing, resume screening, recruiting workflow management, offer administration, background checks, and feedback tracking. Partners with hiring managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition to maintain efficient, equitable hiring processes, improve recruiting operations, and support lower-complexity full-cycle searches as experience develops.
