The Class Action Associate Attorney will manage state and federal class action cases, draft litigation documents, guide clients, and prepare for court appearances.

Underwrite and monitor commercial credit facilities through financial statement analysis, due diligence, cash flow and DCF modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management. Prepare credit packages for executive leadership, evaluate capital structures and asset risk coverage, maintain internal risk ratings, and improve credit analysis processes.
