Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining clinicians for assigned market. Build relationships with medical staff, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS/database records, and support market staffing strategy and clinician retention.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable backend systems and components using .NET 10 and C#. Build and maintain databases and messaging infrastructure (PostgreSQL/SQL Server, RabbitMQ), deploy with Docker and AWS, apply DDD and ORMs, triage/prioritize work, and contribute to distributed, event-driven architecture with emphasis on reliability and idempotency.

Act as the primary technical post-sale contact to deploy, tune, troubleshoot, and maintain ScyllaDB/Cassandra clusters. Manage migrations, performance reviews, cluster health checks, cross-functional enablement, and documentation to ensure enterprise customer success.

Manage and grow relationships with travel agency partners across the Midwest, promote the Virgin Voyages brand, create sales plans and partner events, solve partner challenges, share best practices internally, and drive sales performance while upholding brand values.

Provide pricing support for the Americas Deal Desk: develop pricing strategies, perform business case analysis, prepare customer proposals, optimize margins, format and process pricing data, support CRM non-standard requests, and improve pricing processes.

Perform on-site agrivoltaics field research to evaluate effects on crop yield, phenology, water stress, and pest damage. Collect and enter data, assist with analysis, and support InSPIRE project activities at a solar-array field site. Hands-on outdoor fieldwork with some potential remote tasks.

Provide legal support for M&A transactions in the music and entertainment sector, including deal structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, advising on IP and regulatory risks, and supporting post‑closing integration with cross‑functional teams.
