Coordinates product content and data workflows across recipient and retailer programs. Tracks milestones, identifies stalled or incomplete items, maintains reports and program records, reviews data quality, resolves operational issues, and communicates status, risks, and dependencies. Collaborates with program management, customer success, operations, product, engineering, suppliers, brands, and Mandarin-speaking vendors. Analyzes sales performance, forecasts, quotas, pipelines, and market trends to support sales planning and revenue growth. Creates dashboards and automated reports using Tableau and Alteryx, tracks KPIs, maintains data integrity, and provides actionable insights to sales leadership. Partners with finance, marketing, product operations, and regional teams on pricing, commissions, forecasting, process improvement, and ad hoc analysis.

Leads enterprise systems engineering across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Designs and operates servers, virtualization, storage, identity services, Azure, Microsoft 365, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security controls. Automates infrastructure, manages patching and access governance, leads modernization and infrastructure projects, coordinates vendors, supports incident response, and mentors technical staff. Oversees an offshore Systems Engineering team and serves as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and IAM issues.
